The STLS is a supportive service for schools, pupils and parents/carers of children with SEND as identified within the code of practice.

We offer support for parents in combination with Early Help via the CYGNET programme (booking via Early Help).  We also deliver the Early Bird Programme with the NHS.  This is a self-referral service; the self-referral form is given by the Paediatrician at point of diagnosis.

If you have concerns about your child in nursery or school, you should contact the SENCo.  Please refer to the STLS leaflet.

The KCC SEND Information Hub can be accessed by clicking HERE

We also offer parent/carer workshops in your schools on a variety of topics and tailored to need.

We hold coffee mornings for parents/carers in school for those interested in Language and Communication, Learning in the Early Years and Supporting Positive Relationships.  Please speak to your SENCo if any of these are of interest to you.
